Oral Presentation Guidelines

  • Presentations should be realized by the corresponding author specified in the Abstract.
  • The scientific works that have not been presented will not be included in the symposium proceedings book.
  • Authors will be given 10 minutes for the oral presentation and 5 minutes for the discussion, thus 15 minutes in total for their presentations.
  • Main part of the oral presentation should involve findings, conclusion and discussion, after a brief and rapid introduction of the aim, material and methods parts.
  • Presentations should be made in accordance with the symposium program flow.
  • Presentation files should preferably be prepared in “ppt or pptx” format and the digital copy should be delivered to the responsible person of the session at least 20 minutes before the start of the session and checked that it works.
  • Each participant can have maximum two presentations.
